For the moment I've added a little link at the bottom of the page, but it still doesn't take you to the comment correctly. Ms. Litka is quite the package deal :). I actually had a combination ice-bath/epsom salts bath and my legs are feeling a teensy bit better. I went running this morning again and after a really, really ass-slow 1st mile they started working a little. Tomorrow is a rest day. Then I get to go beat myself up on the track and then go swimming afterwards. I've also been told that we're doing another triathlon this coming weekend. THEN I have to scroll all they way DOWN the page to find the comment box that magically appears....this is a lot of brain power for a PhD Candidate...GAHHH! Secondly - HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHA - I can't believe the shit that the pink devil has managed to sucker you into. Freakin' awesome ;) Ice baths are your friend. Epsom salts are good too.....(throw them in the bath...but likely the water has to be on the hot side to dissolve the salts!)
